Franchisee Requirements---MS-CIT/WAVE (Desirable/Not Mandatory):

Educational Qualifications:

Candidate should be a graduate in any discipline.

Financial Qualifications:

	::	The individual should possess the ability to mobilise resources through internal and external means.
		He/she should have the capability to personally invest around 50-60 percent of the total project cost.
	::	for Rural area(RIC/ALC )could be around Rs.1.5 L & for city/taluka/district level could be Rs.–4-5 L(ALC) .

Business experience and skills:

	::	The individual should possess 1-5 years of experience in any functional area, preferably at the middle
		management level.
	::	Be a First time Entrepreneur.
	::	Be Self employed in Business.
	::	Knowledge of IT education and Training

Commitment:

	::	To share vision and values of MIAECT Pvt. Ltd. in the field of IT education& Training
	::	Commitment to devote full time attention to the venture or to source professional help in
		running the venture.

Geographical knowledge:

The candidate should have complete knowledge of the regional market.

Franchisee Support

Training Support:

	::	MIAECT organizes induction programmes for new Business Partners and their staff.
	::	It undertakes Faculty and Counselor training and certification.
	::	It hosts sales and marketing training periodically.
	::	MIAECT conducts ongoing training on new products.

Systems Support:

	::	The company helps in the admission process.
	::	It helps in conducting online examinations (OnCet)for students.
	::	MIAECT helps in special data management system for maintaining student records and
		managing centre operations(solar).

Marketing and Advertising Support:

	::	MIAECT takes marketing and advertising initiatives.
	::	For region specific advertising MIAECT provides aid to Business Partners, which is subject to no charge.
	::	MIAECT with the help of MKCL offers new Business Partners an initial start-up kit containing product brochures
		and promotional material, LMS software which is subject to a minimal charge(welcome-kit).
